Trusted by Microsoft, The CRM Team is used by Microsoft Corp in Seattle to train Microsoft CRM Specialist Sellers globally, and is their main CRM trainer for the Middle East and Africa.

Based in Johannesburg, The CRM Team services clients throughout South Africa and in the UK.

Paul Slade
Paul is an entrepreneur and startup investor. Having built and later sold a successful CRM practice, Paul has many years of experience within the Dynamics CRM space. His intention with The CRM Team is to build the CRM practice of the future.

Wynand Roos
While working at Microsoft, Wynand was responsible for building the Dynamics CRM market and partner channel – since version 1.2 of the software. Later, he held senior positions at SAP and SAS, substantially growing their market share. He currently heads up our solutions business.
