Established in 2004, this well-appointed Guest House is a haven in the busy Sandton Metropolis. It is just a short 5-minute drive from Sandton City. The wooded suburb of Sandown Estates is a well-established area in Sandton Central. The homes in this sought after area, are set in large quiet gardens, a rare find in this busy City. Lush lawns and exquisitely maintained gardens surround the Guest House. There is a large sparkling pool and sun deck, which the guests have full access to. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay during the World Cup! Ideally located for the Momentum 94.7 Cycle Challenge (we can assist with transport to the start and from the finish of the race). We are located within a secure section of Strathavon that is only accessible via two entrances. All the rooms have private, separate entrances and are provided with secure parking. The Willow Cottage is totally self-sufficient, with its own kitchen and lounge. It is fully equipped with everything from linen to cutlery. The cottage has a separate bedroom with queen-size bed, as well as a double sleeper-couch in the lounge area. There are four twin Guest Suites and one single Guest Suite, each with a full en suite bathroom. Suites are equipped with television and with tea and coffee-making facilities. Here guests can spend a relaxing afternoon listening to music, reading one of the many books available from the library, or simply just enjoying the scenic views of the garden and local bird life. We have excellent self catering accommodation available at competitive rates for people needing short term accommodation. Ideal for people attending training, on course, consulting doctors or hospitals in the area or visiting the American Consulate. We are able to provide daily shuttle services to and from the various venues at competitve rates.
