Delia Ferguson offers exclusive accommodation in a quiet and secure environment. Our delicious fresh breakfasts are served at times to suit the guests individual needs. Many new friendships are made around the Rutland House breakfast table as people are introduced and warm chatter ensues. All the suites are well appointed, with tea/coffee making facilities, with fresh milk in the fridge and complimentary sweets, biscuits and a fresh fruit basket, everything to make our guests happy. The delightfully decorated bed & breakfast guest suites are set in a beautiful garden away from the main house, each with it’s own courtyard and with spacious en-suite bathrooms. We do our best to make your room available at the arrival time that suits you. Turn right into Northumberland Avenue, go around sharp corner and you will be in Rutland Avenue. At the end of the off ramp turn left and then at the first traffic light turn right onto Wordsworth Rd. A variety of service resource related to the Travel and Tourism industry. If we refill the booking no cancellation fee is applicable therefore it is very important that we receive the cancellation and acknowledge it. In spring time, imagine streets lined with purple Jacaranda trees with bright pink and red bougainvillias climbing through them, accompanied by the perfume of flowering jasmine and the first flush of roses. This all set in a wonderfully warm and bug free climate.
