He is a sought after speaker, facilitator and presenter regularly invited to present at international and regional platforms. With his many years of diverse business and corporate experience, Charles Magaiza, personal Coach to CEO’s, Senior Executives and Business Owners and Managers, is able to connect with the challenges that executives and leaders face in today’s changing workplace. He recognizes the necessity of networking and communicating effectively and powerfully. He will work with you to build your leadership competencies and rewarding professional relationships. Experience in his high pressured career has made him deeply conscious of the need to set boundaries and to create a work/life balance which includes personal space for self and physical well being. His work experience in various African countries places him as a coach capable of coaching across cultures. Amongst his public roles he is a trustee in different charities such as Capernaum Trust International. Charles holds an LLB degree and is currently studying for a Masters in Law. In addition to these qualifications, Charles has a Certificate in Leadership and a Certificate in Facilitation for Leadership Development both from the Haggai Institute, Hawaii USA. He also works with partners in professional firms, as well as business owners in the SMME sector. Working under the Purpose Clinic brand, Charles has developed different modules that he also facilitates e.g. Charles worked as a Consultant in a consultancy practice before joining a Transport Company. He then joined an international telecommunications company where he has held several positions including senior management positions in the area of human resources and in Corporate Affairs as Executive Assistant to the Group Chief Executive. Charles has worked in South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Lesotho and the UK on work covering employee and organization development projects, Business Development, Strategic Planning and conducting Due Diligences on new acquisitions. This also covered a lot of change management, cultural audits and integration work during mergers and acquisitions. Charles works with his clients in an integral way, acknowledging the reciprocal impact from all the areas of their lives. He is the coaching partner who walks the journey of exploration with his clients. Charles is the owner of Purpose Clinic investments, an organization that helps people both young and old realize their purpose and pursue it. This is done through various training modules in seminars and camps and also through a solid mentorship program. Charles has started and run a number of successful organizations and businesses with interests in consultancy, property, transport import and export to mention a few.
