Rich McBee brings more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications to his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mitel, leading Mitel’s strategy, business performance, and global execution. Prior to this role, Bob was EVP and General Manager of Mitel’s Asia-Pacific Operations, focused on implementing the company’s strategy in this key geography. With more than 30 years in global telecommunications organizations, Bob is a results-driven leader with deep experience successfully growing businesses. As EVP and President of Mitel's Cloud Division, Jon Brinton is responsible for all aspects of the company's global Cloud business, from sales and engineering, to product line management and operations. A seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in the computing, networking, and business communications industries, Todd Abbott is a customer-focused leader with a keen ability to develop go-to-market strategies, sales models, and channel programs and to drive an execution-focused culture. In his role as Mitel’s Executive Vice President of Global Sales, Todd oversees Mitel’s global sales operations, including cloud and enterprise sales and channel programs. Rajib Das is Senior Vice President of Global Service Delivery, responsible for the Professional Services, Support Services and Field Operations teams that comprise Mitel’s Global Services organization. Most recently, he was Vice President of Mitel Global Cloud Operations leading the high-growth cloud operations team across multiple regions. Wes is a 20-year tech industry veteran with deep domain knowledge in cloud-based, real-time communications for both enterprises and service providers. He joins Mitel from Sonus Networks where, as Vice President of Global Marketing, he was responsible for all marketing activities globally as well as inside sales and training. Graham Bevington is Executive Vice President of Business Development. He works directly with the CEO to drive Mitel’s M&A strategy and funnels, and to nurture strategic partnerships with key large enterprise businesses and customers. As Chief Human Resources Officer, Tom is charged with guiding all elements of human resource management as the company grows its business globally, ensuring that Mitel remains a top-choice employer, with an exceptional workforce and a world-class workplace. Mr. McHugh is currently General Manager and Senior Vice President, Commercial Business Unit at NETGEAR, overseeing the development and delivery of networking and storage solutions for SMB customers. Peter D. Charbonneau is an independent corporate director of several companies. Benjamin H. Ball is a Founding Partner of Francisco Partners Management, LLC, which is a leading private equity firm focused exclusively on investing in the information technology market. Mr. Ball focuses primarily on investments in the communications and hardware systems sectors. He was previously Aastra’s Lead Independent Director and Chair of Aastra’s Compensation Committee. Since 1972, Terry has either founded or funded more than 100 companies, including Newbridge Networks, which went on to become a leader in the worldwide data networking industry. Before Newbridge, Terry co-founded Mitel in 1972, a current world leader in the design and manufacture of enterprise communications systems and software. Most recently, she served on the Board of Polycom, Inc. Appointed to the role in January 2011, Rich is responsible for advancing Mitel’s evolution and leadership in the business communications market, driving revenue growth and profitability, and devising and executing business strategies and corporate policies. He is CEO and Board Member for Pulse Secure, where he oversees all aspects of business strategy and execution since July of 2015.
