MDCC's base of experience goes back to 1985 when Johan Styger was appointed a partner in a consulting civil and structural firm in Klerksdorp.

Designs include internal roads, municipal roads and streets, Provincial and National roads. As a professional multi-disciplinary team we strive to share our passion, knowledge and expertise with clients who require an above-average service. Listening to our clients and advising them accordingly. We provide professional services in Civil, Structural and Development Engineering, Architecture and Project Management. Together we strive to deliver an exceptional level of service to all clients. MDCC has in-house IT, legal and financial professionals to attend to our clients’ broader needs. Ahmed has gained a broad base of experience in many aspects of township infrastructure, development engineering, project management and roads in the consulting and construction industry. He has been involved in the design and management of various projects. Nico has been involved in the architectural field since 1985 when he joined DLV to work in their architectural division, where he was involved in various medical, industrial and commercial projects in the Gauteng area. Johan has extensive experience in the Structural and Civil Engineering industry. Johan has been actively involved as leading project manager and principal agent in commercial developments since 1998, with experience covering convenience centres, big box retail, value centres and regional shopping centres. He later joined private consulting engineers in 1974 tasked with the design of road and stormwater structures for provincial and national roads. Since joining MDCC in 2005 as Project Manager he has gained wider experience in architecture, civil and structural engineering. He also deals with mining departments and various government departments on provincial and national level. His work experience includes major retail, residential, office and industrial projects. He has gained extensive experience in the Civil and Structural Engineering fields. He successfully completed his studies for a B-Tech Civil Engineering degree and is currently employed at MDCC as a Civil Technologist. He has extensive experience in the detail design of civil infrastructure including master planning, feasibility studies, detail design, implementation and project management. His fields of expertise include municipal roads, earthworks, storm water management, water and sewer networks. In 2012 he joined MDCC as a Senior Civil Engineer and he is based in our Pretoria Office. In 2013 he joined the MDCC team as a Structural Technologist. In April 2008 Francois started his career at MDCC where he gained experience in the civil engineering field. He has gained extensive experience in the design of civil infrastructure, services and project execution. He has successfully completed his studies for a B-Tech Civil Engineering degree and is currently employed at MDCC as a Civil Technologist.
