The company was founded in accordance with and operates within the South African legal frame work governing incorporation and establishment of companies. Lot Maceve is the founder member and has majority shareholding in Mavislot. Mavislot works with Clientele of broad multidisciplinary investments, with an outlook of maximizing the service provision in their sectors, which creates efficiency and accountability. It was established primarily to market airtime and related services, packed mobile units in kiosk and containers to rural clients and a vast range of accessories for the GSM clientele. The initiative was framed in response to the changing landscape of the GSM sector and the related BEE challenges in accessing the opportunities but especially delivering telecommunication services to under-serviced areas. Transportation and the related construction work were identified as the major interventions that would empower this Company so as to compete and contribute meaningfully to South Africa’s economic development and the sector. This lead to involvement in container manufacture and transportation in order to deliver products to far and underlying areas. Mavislot recently entered into the financial services market, providing funeral cover plus burial services to a mass market. It is this asset bas that the company whishes to add value to by responding to a request from the taxi industry. The company is sensitive to black participation but works on performance, merit and is led by competent entrepreneurs who have a desire to succeed in the development and improved service provisioning in all the sectors we serve. Mavislot has the financial, human resource and infrastructure to roll out all its business plans to the South African Market.
