Our programs ensure; sustainability, return on investment, and reduction in cost and time of potential labour disputes. Both organizations and individuals must be prepared to develop and utilize new skills in order to keep up with the times because soft skills represent a fundamental attribute which today’s knowledge based economy is demanding of its employers, employees and businesses. It is accepted worldwide that the development and growth of small, micro and medium enterprises (SMME’s) can play an important role in turning the economic and social dire situation around. Inkululo provides a critical support to these enterprises and the individuals behind them in form of training, mentorship, business development and managing small businesses. Having learnt and received the invaluable support and benefits of having a mentor in the entrepreneurship journey it’s a no brainer to not take it further to those who need it the most as they are emerging in the unforgiving enterprising industry. More often entrepreneurs do not necessarily need the money to make they ideas work, they need a sound board, a guide to help them navigate and persevere the treacherous and bruising journey, to refined and finally sell their ideas to make the money they are worth. If there is any program that can be rolled to help liberate people from the economic struggles is to provide mentorship to those that want to venture into the unforgiving entrepreneurship journey by fostering confidence, affirmation and most importantly the tools to start and operate a profitable business.
