The warranty will be void if the serial number label is missing, damaged or tampered with. Repairs must be returned with original purchase invoice and fault report ! A full credit will be issued if returns take place within 5 days of invoice date, provided goods are in resalable condition, including all Manuals, Software and Packaging. The following products will carry a full credit if returns take place within 1 day and unused (next day, Each call out will have the value of an hourly rate, one callout being an hour or part there of. Each additional hour will be levied at R495.00 (four hundred and ninety five rand) per hour excluding VAT or part there of. Gadget Computers cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss caused due to weather, electrical interference, fire, lightning, theft, non-availability of spares or other external circumstances beyond the control of Gadget Computers. Gadget Computers recommend that the customer apply for and maintain throughout the service period and /or hire period a comprehensive insurance policy for the full replacement value of the equipment. The Customer will be notified, should there be any additional third party costs, and the contract customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred, over and above the contract amount.
