Our products, which include all the design and manufacturing, span the full spectrum from permanent installation screens to temporary live event screens, and our very popular “drive and play” bespoke mobile LED screens.

LED (Light Emitting Diodes) is the latest technology used in lighting and screen technology. They emit light rather than reflect it and are therefore many times brighter than other available options, such as plasma and LCD screens. This makes LED the only technology suitable for applications requiring a screen which is fully weatherproof (IP65) and able to be viewed in direct sunlight. Eyecom can install screens of any shape and size at any location. As we are a design and build company,with our In-house fabrication team any design can be realised, whilst maintaining a high level of quality workmanship. If you don’t already have the screen Eyecom can supply the right screen and control equipment that meets your requirements and fits your budget. The Eyecom installation team have experience working at heights, rigging, electronics, project management and video processing. Before we leave you to enjoy our installation, Eyecom offer training on all related technical components, handover a working manual and all related certificates. Eyecom supply the latest in digital LED strip technology to create any shape of screen you can imagine. We also build customised Gig rigs, inclusive of Video, Audio, generators, stage, hydrolic systems, control room, and guest facilities. While modern LED screens are increasingly more resilient and durable, they still benefit from basic care and maintenance to keep them looking their best and to ensure maximum operating lifetime. We look after your installation by regular servicing and continual monitoring, which will help to minimise failure rates and provide early diagnosis of any potential issues. Eyecom operate an in-house service department to keep your installation in full working order throughout its lifetime. Repairs and replacements of components from modular to PCB level. Eyecom also offer client consultation or Project management for any event. We have a team that is capable in advising on Lighting, staging or AV requirements. Past projects include the Cape Town Carnival and LQP amongst others. Our founders have lived and breathed the LED industry for over a decade, working on the world’s largest events and projects for some of the largest companies, spanning Europe, the UK and for the last 7 years here in South Africa. Eyecom’s core objective is to turn our client’s vision into a reality. Paul Bowling’s career in LED started in 2000 in the UK when he was asked to design and build a 24sqm mobile LED display for Rodger Sanderford the creator of Tiny computers. Paul quickly progressed and in 2004 with Big TV he assisted in developing their mobile LED stage and screen combo. Numerous events were successfully carried out throughout Europe including Audi’s 2006 world Cup Fan zone in Germany, whereat Paul helped supply full technical backup. Eyecom have also just completed one of the largest LED installations in Africa on the Media 24 building in Cape town.
