Our primary aim here at Byerley Park Stables is to provide a safe, wholesome environment for children to discover a love for animals and the great outdoors, as an alternative to spending time in front of the television or in the mall. (South African National Equestrian Federation) qualified instructor as well as a THS qualified judge, and has been working with horses since Top quality instruction in all disciplines for all ages, from beginner to advanced level. Three floodlit, silica sand arenas with top quality jumping equipment as well as a lunge ring. We have a full time gate guard to ensure the safety of our clients. Our horses are fed three times a day, on individually formulated rations, with the option of a variety of feeds, best suited to your equine companion. The riding school is prepared to half bait your horse or pony from you to reduce your running cost. We teach all levels from beginners to advanced, from competitive riders to happy hackers. We are able to make the best possible match between our riders’ and our instructors. This ensures continual growth and mutual satisfaction within the partnership. Our awesome instructors teach our uniquely planned syllabus. Peaceful garden, play area, volleyball pit, trampoline, green lawns, pool, lapa and braai area to hire for events a short distance from Sandton. The Party Venue is on the premises of Byerley Park Stables. There you will have the option to edit or delete them. Our passion for our work enables us to successfully build our members into becoming the best riders possible. Thereafter the instructor will make all the necessary recommendations that best suit you. Stables with Shavings, Grooming, concentrates (3 x Per Day), Grass & Lucerne (Roughage) Use of Tack Room, Club House and Arenas is also included. Farrier, Chiropractor, Equine Dentist, Veterinary Fees, Deworming, Inoculation’s, Saddle Fitter and Physiotherapist Fees Excluded But we happily co-ordinate such for our clients & their equines. Horses & Ponies are stabled in large stables with ample shavings, choose between wood/brick stables. Horses Groomed every day & sprayed with fly repellent, cost of which is included. Our Horses are fed according to their needs, we are not specific to any one type of food or food range. Ad-Lib Roughage, your equine is not rationed as to how much they consume. The night monitor also refills low level water buckets & grass supply where necessary. We have Experienced, Caring Grooms Whom have worked for us for as long as 29 years. Their equine expertise includes tacking up, lunging & show prep. Tack room, stables and surrounds are entirely secure with necessary alarms and armed response should the need arise.
