Zubin has over two decades of experience in the architecture and real estate development sector. He brings to Bentel Associates a wealth of knowledge in the design and development of urban planning, mixed-use, hospitality and retail projects. Amit has more than 14 years of experience in architecture with 10 years at Bentel India. As a part of the core management team of Bentel India, Amit handles planning and designing projects in retail, hospitality and master planning for convention and exhibition centres. In his previous profile Amit has worked extensively on commercial buildings. Amit has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Mumbai University and a PG Diploma in Construction Management. As a core member of Bentel’s management team, she handles the planning and operations of projects. In her previous roles she has been a part of residential, hospital and commercial projects. In her free time she enjoys reading, writing and music. Sumangal has more than 21 years of experience in the field of Architecture and Infrastructure. Sumangal has worked on large scale Commercial, Institutional, Infrastructure and Architectural design projects including mixed use developments. Rachna has over 20 years of experience and specializes in retail environment design, store planning, visual communication & corporate interiors. Rajiv has 15 years of experience in the industry and has been a part of Bentel for the last two years. Rajiv handles operations of projects at Bentel and in his previous profile Rajiv has worked extensively on IT Parks, Office Commercial & Mixed use development projects. A core member of Bentel’s implementation team, he handles the planning, coordination and implementation of projects. In previous roles, he has been a part of residential, airport, retail, commercial and industrial projects. Lee-Anne has 18 years of experience in the industry and has been with Bentel Associates for 13 of these years. With over a decade of experience in most sectors of the industry, Marco has lead projects of varying size and complexity in design and implementation, including: urban design, hospitality, commercial, retail, residential, health care (hospital), and institutional (university and schools). He has a core interest in green building and sustainable design, and is also a leader in Building Information Modelling implementation within his company endeavouring to constantly improve and evolve architectural product and service in pursuit of high-quality sustainable solutions for Clients and the industry. He plays an integral part in the financial management aspects of the business. Previously he was the financial manager at Barlow Communications, a company in the ITC sector before joining the Bentel team. Nad has 40 years of experience in the industry of which 33 were spent with Bentel Associates as a Senior Associate, head of Graphic Design. In his free time Nad enjoys art, music, movies, travel, board games, hiking and gardening. Andre has had much practical experience and has gone from strength to strength within the Bentel Associates International structures.
