Tota started his career in 2004 at Cadiz Specialized Asset Management and later joined RMB Asset Management. Prior to founding the business, Tota worked at Macquarie Bank with the equity derivatives structuring and trading team. Itumeleng completed his studies at the University of Johannesburg, majoring in Investment management. He was then employed by Liberty Corporate, gaining experience across investment products for retirement funds. Bataung has a strong culture of openness, robust debates and innovation.
