Parkour South Africa (aka PKSA) is a community-run group providing news updates, a forum and also setting up regular workshop events across the country for anyone interested to join in.

We provide access to the safe and ethical practice of Parkour through guidance, support and communication to all those eager to learn. Parkour South Africa maintains and improves the spirit of the discipline, as well as oversees the quality of services provided by our affiliates. As our ability to connect grows exponentially, more and more people are learning about parkour, and are interested in finding others to train with. We have gathered up some of the most experienced parkour athletes from across the country, to bring you parkour and freerunning workshops of the highest quality. These workshops and classes take place in schools, universities, indoors in safe and matted environment and outdoors in parks and urban environments across the city. We Usually Train At The Wits University and we’ve been training there for three years now. besides Parkour we also like to skate and dance for fun. We are a group of traceurs based in the Mpumalanga province of South Africa. The ethos behind the name and icon of Sabotage Elite represents a way of tackling and eliminating daily challenges. By sabotaging our fears, limits and obstacles, we not only overcome them in that instant, but ensure we are free from them forever. We believe that Parkour and Free Running are disciplines and that most important of all, is to have a good foundation to build on. We strive towards teaching technique and progression in all our movements. Our Curriculum offers more than 144 different movements and our seven dedicated coaches strive to teach the heart of Parkour to our more than 80 registered students. We are not a High Performance gym and therefore focus on designing training and classes around individual students to accommodate their needs on all levels, to incorporate their strengths and improve those niggly weaknesses. We do not have any fees and all ages and skill levels are welcomed. Our mission is to grow the parkour community in our area and around the country. We aim to spread awareness and support for the discipline by imparting our knowledge to the next generation of traceurs, and through documenting our movement with videos and photos on our social media. We meet every week, and anyone is welcome to join our trainings. Underberg Parkour is a group of traceurs from in and around the Underberg and Himeville area in Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. Our aim is to teach others, especially our community, about the discipline of parkour and to empower young people in our community to get active. Anyone from these areas is welcome to join our group. Saints PKFR was founded in 2014 as an identity for freerunners in Grahamstown. The team believes in exploration and adventure as two of the most important aspects of life, and parkour gives us the necessary tools to experience the world from a different perspective to the average person. We aim to bring all people interested in Parkour or Freerunning in Port Elizabeth together. Whether you want to become a professional athlete or just want to experience a fun, different form of exercise.
