The company is founded by a team of highly experienced black professionals. The company is owned in majority and controlled by the Previously Disadvantaged Individuals, with significant women and youth participation, at both shareholding as well as board level. These services together with the Commodity Trading functions have been added to support the long term objective of building a balanced portfolio of mineral assets and services. The focus will also be to provide Earth Science Consultancy services to the resources sector to deliver the following services; Public Participations, Interested and Affected Parties, Environmental Management Programs and other related services. We are convinced that smart partnerships, good quality leadership and innovative business solutions are a panacea to our success in the resources sector. The company’s current main focus is the identification, evaluation and advancement of early stage minerals exploration projects.
