There are 20 dedicated sales staff – 16 in store and 4 in the yard. We endeavour to be able to attend to every person walking into the store within 120 seconds. Combined, the sales-staff boast over 200 years of experience with many of the sales team having over 20 years of experience in the hardware industry under their belt.Deliveries
Two delivery cycles daily ensure orders placed before 9am are delivered before lunch and anything after 9am and before 1 pm will be delivered by 5pm. Any later orders are delivered the following morning.Services
